STAINES UPON THAMES BUNGALOW TO DETACHED HOME

This traditional 3 bedroom bungalow in a leafy suburban road, was in need of a makeover and extra space and desperate for light in the dark side bedrooms. We removed the roof and increased the roof height to construct 3 first floor bedrooms, a bathroom and ensuite. The Ground Floor layout was totally reconfigured and rebuilt by our Design & Build team to provide 3 light and spacious Reception Rooms, a stunning open plan Kitchen with bi-folding doors to a decked patio area, impressive Utility/Laundry Room and luxurious shower room.

The lavish features included: a built-in-home cinema sound system, Jacuzzi bath, MegaFlow boiler, rain dance shower and bespoke handmade staircase.
